    Terms and Policy for Working with Independent Service Providers

    1. Payment Schedule

    Following the submission of a completed invoice by the Service Provider. ReviveTTS will issue payment upon the completion of a contracted job.

    2. Payment Methods

    Payments to Service Providers will be made via payment preferences listed in Service Providers file. Service Providers must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays. ReviveTTS is not responsible for any additional fees applied by Service Providers processing servicer.

    3. Invoice Submission

    Service Providers are required to submit an invoice prior to receiving payment. The invoice must include the following:

    - Company name, phone number, and address

    - Description of services completed

    - Parts used and charged to the customer, if applicable

    - A valid W9 form must be on file with ReviveTTS for payment processing that exceeds a yearly total of $600.00 or more to the Service Provider. Failure to submit a completed W9 may result in delayed payments.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment will be processed once a completed invoice has been submitted to ReviveTTS's Event Manager (EM). If additional information or documentation is needed, ReviveTTS will notify the Service Provider within 3 business days. Payment may be delayed until all required documentation has been provided.

    5. Dispute Resolution

    Liability for damages related to services provided, lies exclusively with the Service Provider. In the event of a dispute over work performed, the Customer must notify ReviveTTS immediately for assistance in reaching an equitable resolution. ReviveTTS will make reasonable efforts to assist both the Customer and Service Provider, provided the Customer notifies ReviveTTS within ten (10) business days from the date of the job invoice.

    6. Work Acceptance and Job Updates

    Service Providers must provide regular updates to ReviveTTS Event Manager (EM) regarding the status of a job and any changes to the initial estimate that may affect the customer's cost. Failure to provide updates may negatively impact the Service Provider's internal rating and result in decreased work volume or removal from the ReviveTTS network.

    7. Deductions

    No deductions will be made from payments to Service Providers unless explicitly agreed upon in advance by the Service Provider and a Revive TTS representative.

    8. Confidentiality

    Service Providers agree to keep all customer information and data collected pertaining to the customer & job confidential.

    Service Providers also agree to not disclose information regarding ReviveTTS that may include trade secrets, business plans, customer information, financial information, or other proprietary information that gives a business a competitive advantage.

    10. Compliance with Local Laws

    Service Providers must comply with all applicable local and industry-specific regulations while performing work contracted by ReviveTTS. Liability for failure to do so fails on the Service Provider.

    11. Insurance and Liability

    Service Providers are liable for any work they perform as contractors for ReviveTTS. Providing proof of insurance will increase the Service Provider's internal rating, potentially leading to more work opportunities with ReviveTTS. Service Providers are responsible for updating ReviveTTS regarding any changes to their policies and or coverage that may occur.

    12. Conduct Policy

    Service Providers are expected to be respectful to ReviveTTS staff and the employees of any customers they interact with during a job. Similarly, customers and their employees are expected to treat Service Providers in a respectful manor. Any violations of this conduct policy must be reported to Contact@ReviveTTS.com for review. ReviveTTS reserves the right to decline future partnerships with any Service Provider or Customer who violates this policy. Complaints against ReviveTTS employees will be investigated and handled in accordance with ReviveTTS’s company policies.
